In 2017 she began her exclusive representation of the “Dercum Dash community on the Mountain” in Keystone as Director of Sales and Marketing for Crestwood Homes.
This new luxury development located at the base of Dercum Mountain with ski-in Ski-out proximity to the gondola experienced a sluggish beginning in 2014. Initially represented by several area real estate companies, only three properties were sold in a three year time period.

Elle B. has enjoyed the splendor of Summit County since she was a child spending time at her family condo and skiing the fabulous Keystone slopes.
After graduating from Pepperdine University, Elle B. moved to New York City where she was in the entertainment and communications fields before transitioning to building management for a real estate developer. She acquired her license and became a successful real estate broker in New York City who received mention in the Wall Street Journal for her lifestyle approach to selling. Elle B prides herself at having used her communication and marketing skills to successfully navigate the 9/11/01 and 2008 downturns — being able to out-perform the competition for her clients during those difficult times.
In 2017, the draw of Colorado living became too much to resist. She came back to Summit County and joined Dercum’s Dash as in-house Sales and Marketing Director before attaining her Colorado broker’s license. During that time, she used her knowledge of the area and innovative marketing, lifestyle, and communication skills to help infuse new life to the struggling Dercum’s Dash development which had sold only three properties in the previous three years. During her eighteen-month tenure, Dercum’s Dash home & land sales increased to more than 15 million dollars.
